Default oil pressure

hey im ready to start up my rebuilt poor mans type r but i dont have a any gauges to tell me if there is oil pressure, how can i know if there is pressure or not.

Hook up a handheld mechanical oil pressure gauge. It's not rocket science.

do i hook it up to the oil pressure sender on the back of the block? o and i u dont have to be a dick about it, it was a question because i dont feel like messin up my first built engine.

Look through the oil cap or pull the distributor out and crank until you see oil. Then start if you messed up the engine will blow up if you did good then it will run nice.

alright, well i started the engine and it sounded nice so it must have pressure.
