say i t off my oil feed to my turbo for an oil pressure gauge but at the end of my oil feed i have a restrictor, will this affect the readings of my gauge?
anyone doing this? will be running a mechanical oil psi gauge.

Re: oil pressure question (AJxr)
If you T after the restrictor it will give you a lower reading than what the engine is seeing for oil pressure. Thats the purpose of the restrictor - to lower to oil pressure at the turbo.
If you T before the restrictor, all will be good on you oil pressure gauge.
If you want engine oil pressure reading, T before the restrictor, if you want turbo oil pressure T after the restrictor.
