Still having 1-2krpm throttle hesitation.and when i say hesitation its when u slowly feed it throttle it feels alittle like its hitting a rev limiter until u feed it more and more throttle. but once u hit 2k theirs no more hesitation.
cel codes=iacv,egr.
engine=f20b dohc vtec
ecu=p13

ive replaced the iacv with a brand spanking new oem valve, checked the wires, everything is fine.
egr code is showing because its blocked off.
checked the tps=fine
checked the timing=fine
sprayed massive brake clean=no vacume leaks from manifold.
checked all vacume lines=all fine

i also get rough engagement when letting off the throttle and getting back on the throttle at any rpm and speed.

im completely at a lost, possibly just bad ecu? the car is also running a vafc2, i had a buddy check it over and he said everything in the vafc2 looks fine.
