bare with me, this is long.

ok... here is the story

on way to work car throws CEL for vss... no big deal... unpluged it and one of the pins inside was broken... i have another tranny layin around so i stole the vss from it when i got home... while under the hood i decided to wire my radiator fan to a switched source from ecu... i ran it exactly how i ran it on a buddies car (his works fine to this day)

ok to the problem... after all this is done i go to start the car and test the new speed sensor. turn key to run, fan runs fine but main relay makes a akward whining noise. i try this 2 more times with same noise. at this point i wonder what is wrong. so i switch everything back to normal. at this point i dont even get a check engine light when i turn key on. no fuel pump prime, no spark when trying to start. all fuses and relays are good as far as i know, ecu is good, i even tried several ecus and main relays???? at this point i am lost and frustrated. any ideas where to start... is there anything before the main relay that could have been damaged? any help or suggestions appreciated.

You've obviously overloaded a circut somehow. Undo what you did with the Fan.

 

i have put everything back the way it was... since then i have not been able to get a response from ignition or fuel???

 

sounds like you zapped your ecu.

try using your buddies and see if your car will start.
