Default CRX HF swaped D16Z6 (wire problem)

Does anybody know how to wire up the D16Z6 engine to the CRX HF?

Which computer and engine wire harness do I have to use for the V-TEC.

It is possible can I run the wire for the V-TEC.
If I can, can somebody explain.

Your help will be greatly appreciated

You can use your existing harness and everything electrical. Just get an RPM switch from summit with a relay also and hook up the vtec to that. Go to the hybrid.honda-perf.org for more info on the swap. Did you even search for any info on this, it's everywhere! And remember to ground the main harness.

No one ask for your smart *** reply, just becauce we own a store does not mean we know everything there is not one store out there that know everything and from that smart *** reply , you are most likely one of dumb *** kids. Honda-Tech is forum to learn more about honda performance, not to bash on people, so take that **** somewhere else.

actually yeah hooking up the RPM activator switch is the easiest way but you can also swing it the obd1 way, thus you get to reap the benefits of the ecu that has the fuel mapping and everything made for d16z6. Wiring is actually pretty easy if you can find someone to make you a conversion harness ($80-150) then you only have like 7 wires to soder on, piece of cake, and this is coming from someone who had no wiring experience.

if u wanna use the p28 ecu (which is the ecu for the d16z6) u will also need a jumper harness to convert from obd0 to obd1....i did this on my crx....u can get the that harness from payne technologies for like for like 200 bucks....u will also need to get the grey plugs for the distributor and the o2 sensor....i had hondata do that..... the # for payne technologies is 248-362-0283 ask for kevin.... the people at payne are cool as hell and they do some good *** work.... good luck......it sounds like alot of work but its not that bad
