are there any interchangeable idle air control valves for an 89 crx dx mpfi cus mine just took a ****. and also has anyone had a code 8 come on intermittently?

anyone? i need to know cus as of right now i have it disconnected cus the idle is goin crazy and on its last leg

Check http://www.slhondaparts.com to compare part numbers.

I can't see why you couldn't use the one from a Civic dx within the same year range.
