3 out of my 4 are jammed
the setscrews in the adjustable spring seats are full of SAND
I really don't know what to do

 

quit off roading lol, try tightening them, but be careful not to overtighten then spray out the side that doesn't have the hex head on it with brake cleaner, to try and get all the sand off the threads then hit with some wd type fluid then try to remove again.

Do you have Coilover sleeves?

 

some kind of cleaning fluid, and a pipe cleaner, you know those things that are fuzzy and positionable...

 

on the other side of the hex head, it's not open so I can't spray by there

I will try brake cleaner

 

Clean it with a tap and some brake cleaner...

 

When you put them back in use anti-sieze so you won't have that same problem the next time you go to adjust them.

 

Blow some canned air in there maybe too.
