Replace ignition switch cylinder WITHOUT key
Filthy B*****'s stole my bone stock EG CX hatch. All they wanted was my HX wheels and brand new (2 week old) Kumho tires. Anyway, I got it back. Second hand tires and wheels and I'm off and running. But the ignition switch is still a problem. They busted the column lock apart.
I can get a cylinder assembly from the local U-pull it for $15, but they don't have any keys. I can find lots of directions on how to remove the cylinder if I have a key, but not without. Any tips? Can I drill and hack and poke and get it out? Anyone?
Thanks,
Harry
