Default Ignition switch vs lock cylinder

My 1999 Odyssey has all the symptoms of failing ignition switch. Now there are two options I can go with. Replacing just the ignition switch or replacing ignition switch with lock cylinder.
Following are the reference what I am talking about.
Option one is
Amazon Amazon
Option two is
Amazon Amazon

How do I know that my issue is the relay or my issue is the cylinder lock?

My van symptoms are

Car stalls while driving
Car starts and then suddenly stalls
Issues powering on the accessories. Sometimes it takes few seconds for accessories to lit up after first turn of key

Thanks

Abbas

The issue is usually due to the ignition switch (electrical switch).

Thanks for the information. I'll call dealer to check if they can do anything with recall for free :-)
I'll go with ignition switch to start with now. If that dont solve then will buy the key cylinder also.
Thanks
