Default Rough idle only when hot

Setup:
built 18c1
b16 head
1000cc msd injectors
precision turbo @ 14pss
chipped ecu tuned with crome
blox intake manifold

torqued everything twice
no known vacuum leaks
cleaned iacv, then traded out with a known working iavc, same problem

just curious if something in particular "once at operating temp" that i'm missing.

Maybe intake manifold gasket cracked?
havn't tried coolant bleed, dont really think its that though..
would a retune possibly help??

its weird it only idles bad when its hot....

i know its just another idle thread, but i'm geting frustrated.
thanks guys

I have almost the same set up but different intake mani and turbo! I have a wideband 02 and when it starts to idle rough it will start going lean (from 14.7 up to 19.6). I have changed everything you have listed + the intake mani gasket. I would like to know whats going on too! Please HELP us!!

reason i ask is because i had a similar issue. my was with the IAT though. when the engine would get heat soaked around 135* it would run like ***.
it was simple fix that i didnt know about. at 135* in eCtune and at 133* in CROME IAT correction retards 3degrees and makes the car run like ***.
