GSR cams, B16 head valve adj. specs

GSR cams, B16 head valve adj. specs
A friend of mine got some cheap gsr cams for his 1st gen b16. Anyway, I am in need of the valve lash specs for these cams to do the adjustment after the install.
Dont ask WHY? he got them, they wer cheap and anything is better than 1st gen b16 cams.
Also, will the b16 springs/retainers be ok? I am supposing they will but then again they are 10 yrs old...

Kewl! The specs are the same! I was on cspeed earlier looking at the cam install article but missed the valve adj. article. Thanks!
