Default Lighten Pulley or Stock ITR Pulley

I was wondering if i should stick with the stock ITR Crank Pulley or go with an aftermarket one. Any ideas? My opinion was to just stick with the OEM Type R pulley but i was reading that lighter ones have better performance. Any inputs great.

The majority of these "lighter" crank pulleys do not include harmonic balancers. In my opinion I would stay away from them.

ATI or Fluidampr if you must have a lightened crank pulley. I have the Fluidampr on my built engine and it has given me zero problems. Good product.
