If you don;t mind taking your time, you can remove the radiator for more space. But it's not necessary. Good luck!
i know it took me 45 min for the 2 piece, and i only used jack stands, and the hardest part is getting to one of the bolts on the heat shild.....the one piece whould be a tad bit harder getting into place but not a hrd job at all
Yes you need jack stands. Its really not hard, just take your time. I had the 1 peice DC header. It is harder to line up the holes than the 2 peice but everything should fit.
thanks for all the quit replies, anyway how hard is it to get the o2 sensor out? i dont wanna mess it up, i know there pretty expensive.
i ask because i want to buy a header off a friends and just wondering what im getting into.

easy as pie man...it only took hella time cuz i didn't figure that i didn't need the stock header bracket for the JDM header (i would need a jdm one)...ghey
Hardest part is taking out the stock header, once thats out its a pretty smooth install, just make sure the car is high enough off the groud to slide the header in from underneither the car. I had to remove the radiator hose, the top one.
word of advice.. TAKE THE RADIATOR FAN OFF!!!!!! not completely off.. but just move it aside.... just move it up. It will make it alot easier to put on the header.. also.. when puttin in the header.. you should stick it in from the bottom.
it took me about 40 min to install it. I used a hoist.

It'll be a lot easier for B18C1 engines that use header bolts instead of studs with self-locking nuts.
I know the '94 and '95 GS-R's use the studs, which makes it a lot harder to unmount and mount the header. Usually takes two people to get the job done with the studs.
