brand new motor, lil leak :(
so my buddy just got a 97 spec itr motor, and we just finished puttin it in and we're addin oil and trans fluid when we notice a hairline crack in the trans case 
purchased it from HMO.
i know they have 100% start up gurantee and gurantee all the sensors work, but does anyone know if they warranty the trans?
yes we r gonna call bright and early in the mornin, but if they dont ship us a new trans, do u think its okay to get it professionally tig welded? will it hold under all that pressure? i figured i throw the question out there now incase they dont and we r screwed. will let u all know what happens. TIA
