to these guys...so my cousin backed into my ej2 pushed in my headlight shattered my corner and demolished my hood.
so i have them order a new carbon fiber hood from vis since they don't have insurance anymore.
well my uncle said he ordered last Thursday the 10th, and i ask for a tracking number, said they didn't give him one.
called them up and he asked for the order info i give it to the salesman and he says he'll call me back with a tracking number.

i call them back and a different guy says that his guys went to lunch when this is at around 4pm, and hell call back in 15 minutes.

i get my tracking number and everything and he says it should be here by Friday.
i try to track the package and it doesn't come up but he says it needs to update, and it could take a few hours.

well i tracked it and it says that it was picked up in Anaheim California at 5:28pm April 16.

do you think he lied and shipped it while his boys were on lunch?
Or will it be here by Friday like it said?

if it takes a week and a call back for them to ship a 450 dollar item then that's

i ordered my seibon carbon deck lid from them it took over a week but im from indiana...i think they are one of the better places to order from...but that is me.

 

you should have it by friday its only 2 days from cali to vegas so your good but they just sent it thats for sure. Most likely they got behind but its a good thing you called them
