Wow i feel sorry for people like this who would think you get help on a honda forum ???? that cant be. Sorry for the lame *** people on here but here check this out http://www.c-speedracing.com they have a do it yourself part on there that goes over your question. try putting some oil in 1 and 2 to see if they even out with 3 and 4.

my rs(ls engine) with 127,xxx miles put #'s 1-4 all between 203 and 213ish...
if you have oil in your spark plugs remove the spark plugs that are surrounded by oil allowing it to go in the combustion chamber and put back in the plugs...
start the car for 5 minutes or so until blue smoke stops coming out the exhaust
and then immediately turn off car and retry the test

I think they are called grommets or something like that, when you buy a valve cover gasket from autozone or any of those autoparts stores the grommets come with the kit. It would be a good idea to change those out now since they are leaking a bit. g/l

By having oil in cylinders 3 & 4 you inadvertently did a dry compression test on 1 & 2, and a wet test on 3 & 4. That's why the #'s are higher for those cylinders, either dry it out and do all 4 dry (best), or add oil to 1 & 2 and test them all wet. Get a VC gasket set so you stop that oil leak, it can cause problems such as misfires due to the plugs grounding out.
