window problems

my windows in my 96 civic are getting hella hard 2 roll up, it was so hard to roll up that i broke the crank just trying to close it all the way. is there anything i can do?

lube the window run channel with silicone spray or ... if you go to honda, buy some shinetzu grease and a small paint brush.
