its not a good idea to be getting the MOST hp out of your motor while having it as your DD. You can run low boost on a stock block, but if u want more hp reliably build that block. you should AT LEAST build the head, upgrading valvetrain components, lower compression headgasket, and head struts, i would say is a bare minimum. and keep some money saved for a RELIABLE tune. Also click the search button and read up a bit more, this is a very broad/widely talked about topic.

turbo, manifold, BOV, wastegate(probably internal if you get one of the smaller turbo's), intercooler/piping, oil/ coolant lines, clamps/ misc. hardware... get low compression pistons too if you want it to be "reliable". you'll probably end up spending more money than you want to.
