Default Coilover questions ---how long can it last?

To all Honda tech experts,

Recently, i bought a set of Tanabe Sustec ProSC type2 coiloiver for my EG sedan, and I am a newbie of coilover system (i never try coilover before). Because this is the first coilover for my civic, and i want to keep it as good as possible. So i would like to ask how about how all the honda tech experts maintain the coilover and make it last longer?

Please help me out! Really appreciated!

JAcky

ride on medium/soft, drive slow, avoid potholes etc, if it's cold garage your car to avoid too much temperature change, and i don't know what else.

tanabe is a pretty good company...i wouldnt really worry about how "long" it will last. It all depends on your driving and road conditions.

Since i am living in Vancouver, the road condition is rough in city... but i drive like normally 50 to 60 km/hr and avoid all the potholes already. But just want to know more then i can have more fun with my coilover.

Really appreciated and thx for all the advices. What else i should really consider and pay specific attention?
