Default "Loose Piston Pins" Do I need new ones?

My machine called today and told me that the wrist pins were loose around the piston. They are b18a pistons and rods and my other set of b18b ones move left and right a little (so i'm assuming this is what he means)

The question is, is this a big deal or should I go his route and buy new pins/pistons. Many people are telling me it's either the piston or the pin so figured to ask you guys.
