OK question is, i wanna order a new set of oem pistons from slhondaparts.com and was wondering what all is needed to fully replace the pistons, im gonna guess its of course the piston set, but whats the difference between set a and b? and the difference between the std piston rings and RING SET, PISTON (STD) (RIKEN)?
that and the pins... but am i missing anything else? idk im just being over cautious ive been having a streak of bad luck lately when it comes to ordering things

why am i changing the pistons? turbo ate the current ones so i need new ones, sad thing is that i had a second block i was gonna build with forged internals and some sleeves but it looks like thats gonna be set back for a while

You need to check your block and see which piston you need to go with. Check out the pics on this link to find out the location of the piston designation https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1188582

You may want to look in to a strong set of forged pistons http://www.mahlemotorsports.com they have forged pistons for the H22, for both N/A and turbo setups
