I second what vlang29 said. It's definitely your ignition switch. Mine just went out, except both my speedo/tach and instrument panel went on and off at the same time. $280 job at the dealer if you don't have time to do it yourself.
I would highly say that's the issue at hand. I could be wrong, but that's my 2 cents.

I think you can just unclip the housing of it and it comes out. you dont have to get the bolt out if i remember correctly.

The relay itself has a plastic housing/cover...it's that cover that holds the whole thing to the car. You want to remove the relay from the cover...leaving the cover attached to the car. Use two flathead screw drivers or two butter knives...one on each side of the relay to pull back the tabs on the casing that hold the relay in.
It's a lot easier than trying to remove the whole thing, and snaps right back in to place when you're done.
Be sure to check the solder-board on the relay once it's out. Those solder joints split around the wire/post that goes through the board. Use a soldering iron to re-heat the solder so it's a solid connection again. Mine had 6 bad solder joints...caused all sorts of electrical havoc until I fixed it. Be sure to not let the solder move around...you don't want to cross connections that weren't meant to be crossed. Clean up any rosin/flux when you're done.
