Default Dim driver side headlight

I just install some jdm ebay fog lights and now I have some problems. Driver side headlight is dim, wipers stop working, and hyper brinker on the driver side. But it only happens when I turn on the headlights. If I turn on only the corners and fog lights, everything works fine. If I unlpug the right headlight, the left does not light up. When the right is plug in I'll have a dim left headlight. Both headlights were working fine before I install the fog lights. and my fog lights are working also. All my wiring is correct and I double check my grounds. Any suggests or ideas on what the problem is? Please let me know. Thanks!

I have taken off the fog lights, check all fuses and grounds. Still have this problem. It seems like it is not getting enough power. It's causing my left brinker to be hyper and wipers to have a delay when I have my headlights turn on. Everythings is normal with the corners lights on and headlights off. What should I look for now? Any more suggests?

This is where I got the information from.

make sure you have nice shinny metal on all your grounds, no paint rust etc.

It's a 94 and grounds are connected to metal properly. My right headlight wire is not fried or burn. Took off the fog lights and still the right head is still dim. I'll check the fuses but doubt one is blown. I'm stump. Anyone else with solutions?
