Mount Inserts....
you need to find a way to support the motor/trans on the side you take the mount off unless it is the torque mounts witch usaly do not support the engins weight and just make it stop from rocking. Take the mount off and find the matching inserts press the 2 inserts on each side together and use the things ziptie things they give you to hold them together. Bolt mount back on and do the same thing with the next mount.
To the people above my post. we all started at the same spot not knowing anything about cars. Give the kid a brake It is a great mod to start with becuese you get learn your motor/engin bay and you don't need to know alot to do it. Also you don't need alot of tools.

point taken, but mount inserts are pretty self explanatory... but every person is different i suppose. lol i usually just jump in and tear stuff apart to learn how it all works.
easy way to support the engine is with a jack and some sort of cushioning material under the oil pan, and a hoist of some sort would be extra helpful
