Default How To Clock a Turbo.. properly, without damaging anything

I finally went ahead and bougth myself a brand new Garrett T3/T04E 57trim 60a/r, 5 bolt turbo for my setup that i have been trying to get together for the last few months..(almost done)
Myself being such a noob at turbo stuff, I was amazed LOL didn't think it weight so much, I also could help noticing how the housing were facing weird directions. So i went ahead and research on clocking and so far i know that a lot of people have messed up they're turbos trying to do it (search "clocking" you'll see what I'm talking about) So if its possible can some help or walk me through it, the info from searching didn't help much and I don't want to mess up my turbo.. Plus I think if we can get good info on here it'll be helpful for some one else

For the people that are just going to say "search"
-I did.
