will i ordered some stuff, off some guy in thepartstrader about 3 weeks ago, and i emailed him 4 days ago asking him if he recieved my money order and he hasn't replied, what should i do? he lives in cali and so do i, i'm about ready to drive to where i sent the money order and get crazy. he was selling a lot of **** too, so i don't think he would want to rip off like 20 people, and have 20 peeps after his ***, is there anyway i can see if he has cashed out on the money order that i sent him?
Hope you get them man.
The partstrader.com was a good idea but its major downfall was there is no real security system in place.
I almost got ripped off for a a type R transmission that was too good to be true. The guy posted it and used two different user names when he registered so there were actually two transmissions out there with a difference of $200.00 dollars between the two.
He said he was in the military and based in an Air Force base in utah but when he registered he had California for location.
You can try to file mail fraud against the guy and the address, thats how my friend got back his $400 dollars for some lights he tried to buy.

if u still have the stub from the money order.. take it to the place u got it from and see if it has been cashed, if not just cancel it

i'm gonna go to the post office tomorrow cuz thats where i got the money order from, and see if he cashed out on it. if he did i will give u guys all the information i have on this *******. I'll tell u right now what town i sent the money order too, and that is Rancho Cordova, i will give out more info tomorrow.
on the back of the money order stub there should be a number. Call that number it may be able to trace to see if it has been cashed. I've done it before.
Peace
Peace
Go to the place where u got the money order and ask them how u can put a stop payment on it. They'll tell u if he already cashed it or not and then if he didn't cash it and u do put the stop payment you can just get another money order from the same place for whatever u might need it for the same amount of money.
Thats what I did but i actually wasn't being ripped off, the money order got lost when i sent it to the ebay guy.....
If that doesn't work do what the above reply said.
