Default AEBS Manifold injector fitment.

Anyone have a problem with bigger injectors fitting in an AEBS intake manifold?

I have their manifold for my GSR, and my 650cc Fuel Clinic Injectors don't fit. Any suggestions?

Didn't have any problems with my injectors fitting, but I would suggest if you can get rid of the manifold and get something better...poor design and on the dyno my graph jumped like crazy at high rpms and the inside of it looks like ****, not smooth or anything.......sorry for getting off subject.

Thats strange, its like the pintle or tip is too big around on my injectors, and I am going to have to have the manifold drilled out.

Yes, they are too small on the new GSR manifolds for RC injectors. I have one and it sucks. They know about it and don't plan on doing anything about it. When I called them about it they gave me some BS about not supporting aftermarket injectors and acted like they did it by design. The B16/ITR manifolds are fine though (I had one of those on my old head), so they aupport aftermarket injectors for B16's but not cor B18C1's? I asked them about it and they were dicks to me about it. I'm just taking a drill to it when I get around to it and I'll avoid buying their products in the future.

I thought about the seals, if I could get it into the manifold that far.

I tried doubling up the seals, it still wouldn't go in far enough to seal.
