Default d15b vs. b18c1 which would you choose?

okay sorry for the newbie post, but I have both a civic cx motor swap and a gsr motor swap.
-the cx motor has a blown headgasket and topped out at 70 hp when new.
-the gsr motor has lsd, act clutch, spoon header, testpipe, shortshifter and a chipped ecu.

which would you choose for a 92 hatch and why?

heh heh just startin' trouble...

that has got to be one of the dumbest questions ever!! Swap in the d15b, of course! And dont forget to sell the b18c1 for like $1000 so you can put all the coolest bolt ons on the cx motor. Dont forget to get a RSX oil filter for it, maybe vtec will kick in harder.

this may be off topic, but how do I tell if I have a real CX motor. I mean I dont want get ripped off and get a dx motor or something. Also, do you know how I can make my dome light amber?

I would definitely go with the CX motor. It has WAY more potential over a GSR motor. For one, the GSR motor is DOHC. The CX is SOHC. That means the GSR motor can have TWICE the problems. It has twice the parts. Go with the SOHC. You will be much happier.

Hey! This was my stupid post

I do day the cx motor because you can't do a mini-me on a b18c1
Well, the cx only has 8 valves and the pistons may only have indentions for 8 valves instead of 16 like the hf. Damn! Ok get the dx motor and put a vtec head on it! Oh and don't forget the spoon radiatior cap!

just fuggin with you guys,
someone said in another thread.. "now lets see a d15b vs b18c1 thread" and since I have both motors I figured I would ask... there is no real question... I am just being way too stupid, and yes of course the cx motor will sit and rot while I enjoy every minute behind the wheel of my hybrid.

must

Hey! I have a JayDeeEm DeeFifteenBee motor (Just says D15B on the block, no numbers after the B). After my motor blew on my VX (less than a day after I bought the car) I got it for free, so I didn't bitch about it.
