LS with i/h/e, $200 to blow.
I have i/h/e on my car now.
I want to do another motor mod but
I am limited to $200.
I was thinking cams but its out of the question right
now because its not in my budget.
What do you guys suggest.

save up and get some suspension done.
you could acutally get some springs w/the 200 dollars, but id just wait till you had shocks too, to install them.

You really should probably save up some more. It would be financially beneficial. You would be saving labor at least, assuming that you have the "part" installed professionally. That said, maybe get some drag slicks for up front. I know someone selling Nitto 555R's for $175 a pair brand new. Also, if you plan to do some major mods in the future (ie. turbo, etc.) now might be the right time to upgrade your fuel or ignition components. Good luck! I hope I helped.

It baffles me how many times I suggest this, yet no one seams to pick up. Your exhaust works as a system, not as individual peices. Header, Cat, Catback all work together. If one part is not performing well, the others will not perform well.
Right now your cat is a bottleneck. You have a nice freeflowing catback, but a small restricive cat header. Carsound cats flow almost as well as a testpipe, which will remove the 2" outlet bottleneck and poor stock flowability.
You no doubt spent over $1,000 on H/E, why short your gains by keeping a stock cat?
but he already has IHE for the LS... so it makes no sense to recommend something like that. Also the LS-VTEC is tricky... ur probably not into that.
I suggest buying some cam gears... later get an SAFC and get the whole deal dyno tuned
Skunk2 Cam Gears - bout 200 bucks
APEXi SAFC - bout 300
Dyno Tuning - ??? 150

Don't buy a bolton throttle body unless you know exactly what you are getting.
The different sizes greatly effect power, get one to big and you will gut your low and midrange for a little big of high power. All motor tegs do not want a large TB.
Complete your exhaust system first (again, highflow cat), then work on the intake path (intake, TB, intake manifold runner, cylinder head ports).

Oh yeah! Forgot about the Intake Manifold... Skunk2 makes one for about 225 or so???
my friend got his from http://www.JDMhondaparts.com and the shipping was not that much.. none of our local shops could touch his price.
Throttle bodys are a tricky situation... i would hold off. Get thie Intake Mani first.

So an all motor integra wanting more flow velocity into the engine will like smaller cross sectional area at the cylinder head intake port and long intake manifold runners compared to a turbo version.
