Default LS turbo price for value?

Thinking about purchasing a friends 94 ls turbo, 2 year old engine, 2 year old transission, racing clutch & LWfly wheel, clean drop, type r lip/sideskirts, sound system, engine mounts, short shifter, exhaust, turbo is clean.

Any thoughts on how much I should purchase this car for?

What is the brand of turbo/kit? A higher quality kit is worth more than an ebay setup.

How is it tuned? How does he drive it? (does he beat on it constantly?)

I'd take those into consideration when coming up with a price.

Turbo has loud BOV and is properly tuned, 200whp & 13.9 qm. ...I don't know the other answers. I guess the question is how much over blue book should I be willing to pay...It is easy to "add up" the after market parts/labor but How much do they depreciate?

BOV doesn't really mean anything. I think what everyone meant was what "brand" turbo is he running, what trim size, what specs, and etc. Try to find that out and get back to us. Pictures of the car would help out alot too.
