Default obd0--> 0bd1 Dizzy Wiring!!! (mini-me)

I have searched this and found a ton, but I am confused by one thing...
First some background, I have a 91 civic hatch that I'm putting a y8 head (mini-me) in and I am stuck on the dizzy wiring. I searched and found a lot of good info, but while I was wiring up my jumper harness on my P28 ECU I stumbled across a really confusing bit of info.

In all of the write-ups for the obd0 to obd1 dizzy wiring I found that all the wire colors match up except for one of the obd0 white wires goes to the obd1 white/green wire. I got that, mine is all wired up. I got this info from pages like this...

But when I search for the ECU pinouts for my PM6 and the P28 I noticed that the CKP and the CYP (crank position and cylinder postion) wires are different in all of the pinouts I have found.
I mean on the PM6 pin B10 (CKP) Orange wire and pin b12 (CKP) White wire don't match up to the P28 pins B15 (CKP) blue/Green and B16 (CKP) blue/yellow wire.
And the PM6 pin C1 (CYP) blue/green wires and pin C2 (CKP) blue/yellow wire and the P28 pins B11 (CYP) Orange wire and B12 (CYP) white wire. They don't match up like everyone is saying in their write-ups. I have got my PM6 and P28 pinouts from these pages...

I know this might be a stupid thing to bring up, but I'm confused. Can anyone show me what I'm missing or if there is wrong info out there?

I am going over all of this because I finished my swap, and my car cranks but it won't fire up. I suspect that I just don't have spark, so that's my problem. Help me out in anyway you can. Thanks in advance.
