Default Exhaust valve stem seal sticking up

Only on one of my 16 valves, one of the valve stem seals on the exhaust side is not where its supposed to be....if you were to look inside of the valve spring, you can see the sucker like halfway up the valve(almost to the top) while there rest are deep in the valve on the bottom of the spring where they are supposed to be..is there a way that i can TAP this valve stem seal back into its place without taking out the valve??
By the way, this prolem is on my d16a6 head thats OFF my car, thanks all!

Hmm... might be able to push it down with a screwdriver or something... but I think your best route is to take that valve off and just reseat the stem seal. You're gonna need a valve spring compressor... just make sure not to lose the little valve keeps when you compress the spring... sometimes they fly off and get lost (like the ones on my d16z6 head)

Good luck.

Pull the valve spring and replace it. It wouldnt hurt to do them all while your there.
