OK guys, I'm looking for some suggestions on a cam for my D16. Current mods are all the bot-ons and a port/polish/milled head. I plan on supercharging over winter so keep that in consideration. I would also prefer to keep idle decent. TIA.

 

d16 what?a6-z6-y7-y8-? if a6 then gude.

 

D16a6, D16z6, D16y8, etc.? You need to be a bit more detailed about the engine.

Sorry, I don't know engine codes that well. It's a 91 CRX Si motor.

i have the crane cam in mine, like it alot, consider that one before getting a regrind, about the same price, paid 270.00.

same here im waiting for skunk2 to come out with all their parts for the sohc vtec in the fall, like they told me, otherwise im getting a ZEX street/strip cam...

 

im seeing a few conflicts:
its milled but you want to boost. depending on what the compression is now this may not be a good idea if its really high

this leads to cam selection

if you want to do all motor get a cam w/ low lift long duration

boosted to high lift low duration
