Is it the same year engine??? if you specify the year of current engine and new one that would help since b18a was offered 90-93 not too much needed... basic tools metric sockets.... 10mm 12mm 14mm 17mm 3/8 drive sockets also wrenches.... you will also need a 32mm half inch drive socket and long breaker bar or impact for the axle nuts....A BFH (big [freak]ing hammer) also recommended to knock the ball joints loose... also do the timing belt and waterpump while its all apart and also replace the thermostat... also you will have the axles out of the transmission so its usually a good idea to replace the axle seals at this time.. also a drain and refill of the tranny is a great idea but again not required...about 2 1/2 qts of Honda MTF or just some good quality 10w30...Also check out the condition of the clutch... for most cars its a good idea to replace the clutch while its apart unless it has been done recently......let me know if you got any more questions
