Default Correct way to change injector size on S300

Im replacing my stock injectors with some RC440cc's and i just gonna drive this thing to get it tuned.

I know there are the 2 boxes under the Fuel trim tab saying Stock injectors and current Injectors. I know in the current box I'm going to type in 440 and hit update. Is there anything beyond that i need to change to get it to run? Mainly I'm concerned with whether or not I'm going to have to use the Calc. button in the fuel trim box to adjust the overall fuel trim or if its done automatically when I input 440 into the current injector size box.

Thanks for the help in advance

you are right iT will adjust automatically
but keep in mind that the map must be tuned after ,
have a look to your fuel pressure and adjust it in the overall fuel trim if needed
you should use the overall fuel trim
I hope you have wideband?
