Which axles to use? B18b in a 98 civic

you can use any b series hydrolic transmission. you could use a cable but you would have to get the hydro to cable conversion from hasport or avid i think makes one also.

rear tranny mount from a 99-00 civic sir, front mounts from a 94+teg, shift linkage,ecu, etc should all be from a 94+ teg .. I may be wrong though
