Default Going Lsvtec!

Finally came to a decision after discussions after discussions...(you know what I mean)
My baby will purring to a...

- b16a (92-95) head (stock but will upgrade the intake mani, cams, valvetrain soon)
- b18b mildly built bottom w/ Pr3 pistons, shot peened rods, balance crank.

The long block is at the shop at this moment. Just doing the necessary things such as new ss braided lines headgaskit installed. All I need now is a tranny and ready to drop in. I know it's not much but it's a start. I plan to use obd1 p72
CPU, should I get a chipped p28 or hondata?
What do think guys?

Please, get a block girdle. Peace of mind is priceless.

Also, I'd wait on the head work and spend the money on forged rods and pistons. This way you can stay all motor or if the more power bug bites you, you have the FI option covered. Even with high comp pistons, you can always use a thicker head gasket.

I'm running a boosted ls/vtec and boost is a wonderful thing. Good luck!
