HEAD GASKET
Water pump is not tooo bad; pulling the head would be an undertaking. I agree with nemesis though, if you're relatively inexperienced, expect it to take a full three days. I'm in the process of a t-belt change and also pulling my intake and exhaust manifolds and I've easily got 20 hours into it so far with another 10 to go on a '97 Prelude.
Water pump is pretty much just pulling the timing belt off so you have access to the pump and then put it back together. Head gasket requires you to pull the head off, which means you basically have to disconnect everything attached to it (coolant, vaccuum lines, connectors, cams, etc).
