antifreeze leaking...
hey guys,
i've got a 1994 honda civic del sol and there's a puddle of green antifreeze underneath the car. i think it might be a bad head gasket but i looked under the car and i saw fluid around the oil pan bolts and gasket. it doesn't really make sense...
any idea where it could be coming from?
thanks!

Is the car smoking out of the exhaust? If so then i would say head gasket. Look at the thermostat housing, and the coolant rail behind the motor first, and hoses of course.
front driver side.
heck, im not even sure if it's antifreeze. might be oil. but there wasn't any in the puddle. just green antifreeze.
possibility: could it just be a loose or ruptured hose somewhere in that area?

first thing I would check is the water pump see if is leaking from there. also while you are under there look at the hoses and check them too. See if you can see maybe a trail of antifreeze, i think when it dries it turns a little white.
You can always go and get your system pressure check that can show you where you are leaking from.
