Horn and Cruise control go out at same time....
Ok, so back in like August I rear ended someone, no big deal, nothing wasnt broken.
Headlights here fine, hood just a little bent and headlights a little tweaked.
Fast forward to like January, my horn and cruise control stopped working at the same time. My friend and I checked the fuses, the fuses are fine, I have no idea why this is happening. After too many close calls of people almost hitting me and me having to horn to warn them, I'm coming here. Does anyone know what could be going wrong here? It's a 95.

it sure sounds like the "clock-spring" is broken. or in english means the part which rotates to allow the wires to rotate from the dashboard to the steering wheel. they are a common part to break.
when you lose all electrical from the steering wheel to the rest of the car, it's 95% of the time a broken clock-spring.
i don't think there too expensive, and there pretty easy to replace, just some basic hand tools needed.
good luck

You should be able to find one used somewhere, I did once.
The reason behind them both going at once is that the horn uses ground supplied by the cruise control switches.
If it was me, before I pulled the wheel and the clock spring, I'd pull those switches out and make sure the board looks ok, if you can, figure out if there is ground to the pin on the cruise switches, that way you'll know if its the clock spring that's bad or the switches.
