Default rod knock

okay so im looking at getting another accord (totalled the other one)
guy is asking 1200 for it running good condition oven baked primer ready for paint projector headlights, full suspension, and i still have old accord parts i could toss onto it.

thing is it has rod knock, thinks its a bearing.
how much would it take to get this fixed and ... while i have the motor open what could i toss into it if i planned on turboing it. and how much would that be?

i thought about that too. all depends on price was just wanting to keep it low since i can get the car for prolly 1k, crower rods for 325, and if my buddy still has his kit for sale 650 for the turbo kit, what would you suggest (and price) for the rebuild?
