Default My surge tank design in a non-honda platform

This is for a customers Procharged Corvette C6. He is shooting for 1000-1100 rwhp and wants to run E85 in the near future. Some pictures of the progress:

Last two pictures are looking up, there is about 2 inches of air gap between the exhaust and tank. Therefore the surge tank will be insulated with high temp reflective material.

System is designed to support 1800hp on gasoline or 1350hp on E85. The fuel pump pictured is a brand new design and is really an impressive unit.

The line of Fuelab fuel pumps range from 1000hp and move up to 1800hp using the same case and physical size just use different motors internally. Some cool features are their BRUSHLESS DC motors which are the Cat's meow (run on less current, have less resistance, virtually never burn out, and run quiet). They also have a BUILT IN voltage modifier which allow you to trigger a HI/LOW operation based on TPS or boost switch or you can even run a 100K pot and directly vary output based on whatever driver. No more need for another $400 add on box to control the fuel pump and clutter everything up even further. I don't stock anything but all black but they have about 6 different colors. If anyone is interested in this stuff shoot me an email - I liked this stuff so much when I saw it at PRI I bought almost 10 grand worth.

It's not that expensive.
In the same price range as Aeromotive.
I see them a lot here in Europe
