Default Wheel Hop?

I recently got a 97 civic to get back into the honda game. Out of nowhere it feels as if I have a 400hp turbo car on stock axles. I replaced the axles, motor mounts, and looked at clutch which was in a great condition as well as the tranny. The civic had a motor and transmission put in it by the lady before me and it had 43,000 miles on it from a wrecked usdm ex. I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this problem and maybe would know some weird part or complication possibly causing this before i spend anymore money.

If you've already done the mounts, and they're in good shape, maybe the tie rod ends?

the axles i just put in last saturday, and the mounts two weeks before that. by hop i mean its likes bouncing, or the tires are spinning hard. Basically what it feels like when you rev the car to 5000 rpms and dump the clutch. except it does it at normal starting. The problem will happen in warmth or cold. But, it also only happens every now and then, not every time u drive, or not everytime you dont drive it for a few days. It's very random.

The shocks seemed fine. They have 4,000 miles on them. It needed one for inspection and the lady ended up putting all 4 oem replacements on. As for tires, It has SI rims on toyo proxies which have about the same mileage as the shocks. I suppose it could be a shock it just doesn't seem like it do to the erratic occurrence of the problem. You would think the shock would present a problem everytime load was put on it, which it doesn't. Ill try switching wheels with my roommate, he has 16's on one month old avid h4's. Thanks for the input.
