Vibration when accelerating
When i accelerate from 2500-4500 there is a strong vibration coming from the front. i changed my half shaft, axles, rotated my tires, got a new wheel bearing, and even put a new flywheel in. still vibrates. anyone know what it could be? motor mount(s)? thanks

Try accelerating, and when it starts to vibrate, close the throttle and see if it still vibrates or not. If not, then it's still your axles, which I would not rule if you used rebuilt axles. I went through 4 sets of rebuilts before I finally got a set that didn't vibrate like hell.

Does it shake the steering wheel much, or just the whole car?
Could be motor mounts too. You can see how much it moves if you put it in gear with the e-brake on, and the hood up, and let the clutch out without moving the car.
If you use 5th gear you should be able to give it lots of gas/clutch and not overpower your e-brake, but still be able to see what all that torque does to your motor.

Okay yeah, you got those CCT-brand axles, and I guarantee that is the problem. I got mine from NAPA but they carry the same brand, and it took me 4 sets to finally get one that drove smoothly.
I also had to use a tape measure at the store each time I got another set to check their length, because the first set I got had the boots clamped down too far in on the axle shaft, making the free length of the axles too short, which would have over-extended the boots when I put them on the car.

k, i replaced my axle with a autozone one again just to see, it got smoother, but still vibrates a lil. i'm pretty sure it is my axle. i got polyuathene inserts in the rear, so it shouldnt be it i think? i think i'm gonna by some stage 1 axles from islandmotorsports for like 3 bills, or does anyone know another place for cheaper?hopefully that stops it. thanks again for the help everyone...

Yeah I think new axles would be your best bet if you have the money, otherwise you might have to keep changing axles like I did, which is a total PITA.
