I need help just put cam in!!!

Hey i just put skunk 2 cam in my d16y8 and a fully adjesable cam gear and i have no power from ideal to 4000 rpms and anything above that my car goes so it wont let me go any were when under 4000 rpms and advice and my timing is fine had it cheaked 3 times...

your timing is wrong.
