squeeling noise from timing belt
i have a gsr motor and reset the cam gears back to zero and redid timing and after there was a squeel from the timing belt area, it seems like its near the cam gears. i checked if it was the alternator belt but its not, ive adjusted to see if it was but not noise from that. i even took the plastic piece on the back of the cam gear on the head off because i thought it was that but it still didnt solve the problem. when i first start it, it doesnt make the noise but after idling for 15 sec it comes after the idle goes down alittle bit. the car does not have a fluctuating idle and it idles at around 800 rpms when warm and around 1000-1200 when cold
* i only have alternator belt, no ac, no PS*

you could also run the car for a few minutes with out any drive belt to be sure its coming from the t iming belt area

the water pump is good, no problems there, ive tried without the alternator belt on a charger and it still made the noise, its odd cuz i set the camgears to zero and for some reason i have to fully advance the dist timing for it to run adn idle it normally, i dont have a timing light at the moment so i cant see the degrees,
extra info:
(i have skunk2 cam gears and i have them both on the middle mark, if i count the marks there are a total of 11 and its on 6th mark, 5 on one side , 5 on the another so the 6th is the middle) it started making noise when i put the cam timing back to zero, if i should should i advance or retard the exhaust cam (it seems like a stock motor with just skunk2 intake manifold and skunk2 cams
should i advance or retard the intake cam
when i got the motor the timing on the cams were not set on zero, it was either advanced or retarded one mark on each
when i took the cams off, i forgot to check the rings on the camshaft but i remember seeing a G on the middle marking
