Default vibration in gear shift after rear main seal work?

92 Civic JDM 1.5 V-tec, SPEC stage-I clutch and ACT lightweight flywheel (both 1-year old). Tranny came with new engine and is a short-geared one.
Had new rear main seal installed because of leak. Now there is serious vibration in gear shift, soft clutch pedal, and clutch doesn't engage well. It feels like I'm going to grind gears even with the pedal fully depressed. Shifting has always been super smooth except for 2nd gear but now all feel rough. Any possible answers would be great. Thanks.

bad clutch master cylinder or air in the lines or a broken clutch spring. start at the hydrolic system and move on or if you had a shop do it take it back and scream like hell! seriously.

Yeah, sounds like they didn't bleed it after the install...or just not good enough. Take it back and have them try to drive it.
