Default cluster lights no worky

My cluster lights dont work, all my other lights do work on the car. I dont even think the climate lights work. What could it be...the dimmer switch? Someone suggested that but i havnt had a chance to check it.

If you cluster and climate control lights do not work, most of the time your dimmer switch has gone bad.

all the bulbs in the dash and the cluster? it's easier to just fix the problem, or replace the fuse if thats the case. my fuse is still intact, btw...

thanks for the diagram, will get out my voltmeter tomorrow
