Running Rich

When I initally start the car and take off of just flutter the rpm's I get a bad bad gas smell, could this just be cold issues or is it something more serious

Its probally the O-Rings on the Fuel injectors. You can replace them, and if that doesnt work come back. They are like 20 bucks
