RaceRunner Springs?
What is the question here?
Because I can't figure it out . . .
And next time, make a thread title that pertains to the topic. I'm changing it as soon as I can figure out WTF you're asking.

well if anybody has some info in this brand (race runners sway-a-way) springs they are 150 lbs on the front and 250 lbs on the rear here is pic
Yeah, taking into account the motion ratio, you're looking at like a 75lb/in wheel rate. Well, you'd get some damned good traction, but a lot of brake dive, I wouldn't ride low with those springs.
I don't even see a Honda application on the Sway-A-Way site. Are you sure those aren't just standard coil springs for coilovers (looks like it to me)? Because if they are, they're not going to work for you anyway unless you already have a set of threaded sleeves and perches that will work with the spring inner diameter.
Even then, you don't want to run 150 lbs-in F and 250 lbs-in R. The 250 in the rear is is fine, but the front rates are less than half as stiff as you're going to need them to be. I'd send the 150 lbs-in pair back and get a pair of 350s for general compromise use.
